Vice President - Client Solution Sales

As the Vice President of Client Solution Sales for Frank Recruitment Group in Canada, you will develop new business opportunities across the Canadian market with mid, large and global enterprise and high value clients.
You will identify the ‘ideal client portfolio’ and work closely with these clients to understand their challenges in talent attraction, and work collaboratively with them to develop custom solutions.
In addition, you will lead new contractual engagements and ensure transitions are smooth, with service and delivery maintained at the highest levels.
This is a high-profile role that will be at the forefront of Frank Recruitment Group, capitalizing on the strong relationships established and the unique offering we bring to the tech marketplace. You will represent the company at a group-level and will be expected to sell our full spectrum of solutions.

Areas of responsibility
While undertaking this role, you will be expected to be a brand ambassador for Frank Recruitment Group.
You will need to provide clients with the right solution for their unique set of challenges, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
You will be expected to drive the rapid growth of Frank Recruitment Group in Canada.

You will also be responsible for:
- Leading the Business Development effort in order to win high-value clients for Frank Recruitment Group
- Building relationships with all of the key Frank Recruitment Group clients already established in Canada
- Developing strategies to grow the client base and implement appropriate sales plans to target prospective clients
- Delivering customized, executive-level presentations outlining our services
- Engaging with current and prospective clients to optimize potential
- Increasing margins and operational efficiency with our mid, large and global enterprise clients
- Conducting in-depth needs analysis so Frank Recruitment Group can better understand its clients' business, strategies and processes so we can tailor our solutions to them
- Ensuring our clients are completely satisfied with our service
- Continuously growing relationships with the current customer base by finding additional areas in the business where Frank Recruitment Group can be of value
- Acting on leads passed by the Strategic Alliance, candidate and data management teams
- Representing Frank Recruitment Group at global conferences and appropriate industry events
- Communicating all global activity as appropriate to regions through agreed channels, to ensure regional and global alignment
- Responding to tender requests and write compelling proposals to win business
- Negotiating terms of business (from both commercial and legal perspectives)
- Ensuring appropriate handover of established clients to an account manager
What we need from you

Substantial business development experience within a large corporate client base

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the highest level

Proposal, presentation and tender-writing experience

Excellent presentation skills and market knowledge

- 7+ years of high-value business development experience gained from the recruitment industry
- Track record of winning mid and large scale enterprise clients
- Experience with negotiating terms and contract with clients
- In-depth knowledge of the various models of high-value client engagement in our industry
- Expert understanding of delivery best practices and methodology

About our Toronto office
Our new Toronto office was opened in direct response to our clients’ demands. We have serviced our Canadian clients for years from the US and we now have the capability to do so locally. Thanks to this new addition to our global network, we can bring our service to an even wider group of organizations and help support the ever-growing Canadian tech market.
We officially launched our Mason Frank (Salesforce-aligned) and Nigel Frank (Microsoft-aligned) brands in Canada in December 2021 and we look forward to expanding these teams in the coming months.
