Vice President - Client Solution Sales

As the Vice President of Client Solution Sales for Frank Recruitment Group in Canada, you will develop new business opportunities across the Canadian market with mid, large and global enterprise and high value clients.
You will identify the ‘ideal client portfolio’ and work closely with these clients to understand their challenges in talent attraction, and work collaboratively with them to develop custom solutions.
In addition, you will lead new contractual engagements and ensure transitions are smooth, with service and delivery maintained at the highest levels.
This is a high-profile role that will be at the forefront of Frank Recruitment Group, capitalizing on the strong relationships established and the unique offering we bring to the tech marketplace. You will represent the company at a group-level and will be expected to sell our full spectrum of solutions.

While undertaking this role, you will be expected to be a brand ambassador for Frank Recruitment Group.
You will need to provide clients with the right solution for their unique set of challenges, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
You will be expected to drive the rapid growth of Frank Recruitment Group in Canada.

Substantial business development experience within a large corporate client base
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the highest level
Proposal, presentation and tender-writing experience
Excellent presentation skills and market knowledge

About our Toronto office
Our new Toronto office is a direct response to our clients’ demands. We have serviced our Canadian clients for years from the US and we will now be able to do so locally. We will be able to bring our service to a wider group of organizations and help support the ever-growing Canadian tech market.
Opening the office in Fall 2021, we will officially launch the Mason Frank (Salesforce-aligned) and Nigel Frank (Microsoft-aligned) brands in Canada on January 3, 2022.
