As a Senior Manager/Associate Vice President in Nigel Frank International, you will coach and motivate your team of specialist niche recruitment consultants (focused on permanent positions) in a high-performing, high-trust culture to achieve their required targets.
You’ll also lead by example by hitting your own sales targets each month.
You will report to the Brand Leader/Vice President of Nigel Frank International, Canada.

Areas of responsibility
You and your team will establish Nigel Frank International as the leader in staffing for the Canadian Microsoft market, focusing on permanent roles.
Displaying Frank Recruitment Group’s core values, delivering your personal monthly sales targets and leading your team of recruitment consultants with varying levels of experience – you will be expected to be a brand ambassador internally and externally for Frank Recruitment Group.
You and your team will provide our candidates and clients with high levels of customer service, and this will involve representing yourself as a credible and professional industry expert, and demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours at all times.

Strong recruitment sales experience from a recruitment or staffing firm
Several years of managing high-performing recruitment sales teams
Market expertise and commercial acumen
Strong coaching skills

About our Toronto office
Our new Toronto office is a direct response to our clients’ demands. We have serviced our Canadian clients for years from the US and we will now be able to do so locally. We will be able to bring our service to a wider group of organizations and help support the ever-growing Canadian tech market.
Opening the office in Fall 2021, we will officially launch the Mason Frank (Salesforce-aligned) and Nigel Frank (Microsoft-aligned) brands in Canada on January 3, 2022.
