What you'll be doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your main goals are to develop relationships with clients who have niche technology staffing needs and find and place highly skilled IT professionals into those positions. It’s a sales-driven role focused on building solid relationships with clients and candidates.
When you join the business, you’ll embark on our Sales Development Pathway. This intensive training program will equip you with all of the sales training and mentoring you’ll need to succeed.
Proactively find professionals via our internal database, job boards, advertising, referrals, and LinkedIn
Seek out and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities
Recruitment process management
Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of your candidates

About our Philadelphia office
Our Philadelphia office occupies a prime location in the heart of the central business district, close to the beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park and Liberty Place shopping complex. It’s grown considerably since it launched in 2016 and now boasts 80+ employees.
