この度、2024年2月1日付けで、フランク リクルートメント グループ 日本カントリーヘッドに、アレキシス マブロプロスが就任いたしました。
アレキシスは、日本のリクルートメント業界において豊富な経験を持つリーダーであり、アレキシスのリーダーシップの下、APAC全域で躍進を続ける当社の日本部門は、さらなる成長と発展を遂げていくことでしょう。
アレキシスは、当社入社に至るまでの過去13年間、ペイジグループにおいて、同社主要の東京オフィスで様々なチーム作りに携りました。
オックスフォード大学法学部を卒業後、日本に拠点を移し20年間、これまでにリクルートメントコンサルタントからカントリーヘッドに至るまでキャリアを築いてきました。

New Country Director announced for Japan
We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Alexis Mavropoulos, who joins Frank Recruitment Group as Country Director, Japan. Alexis is a vastly experienced recruitment leader who will head up our Japanese division as we continue to make progress across APAC.
He joins us from Page Group, where he has spent the last 13 years building a variety of teams across the firm’s flagship Tokyo office. Having lived in Japan for 20 years Alexis, a Law graduate from the University of Oxford, has built his career from Recruitment Consultant to Country Head in this period.

Japan’s technology sector displays one the highest potential markets globally and the prospect of leading Frank Recruitment Group to become one of the market leaders in this field is the most exciting challenge I have taken in my career to date.”
The cloud market in Japan has seen sustained growth over the last five years, with forecasts suggesting that it will be worth $30.24bn by the end of 2024, as companies continue to adopt cloud services across a range of vendors. Alexis’ key priority will be helping diversify our own recruiting capabilities to include contracting and flexible recruitment solutions to complement firms’ existing permanent recruitment solutions in the cloud technology ecosystems of AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP.

Our Tokyo office, which opened in 2019, services tech recruitment across Japan, including the cities of Yokohama, Osaka and Nagoya. Alexis joins the company on February 1, 2024.
