As a Sales Manager – Associate Vice President in Mason Frank International, you will coach and motivate your team of specialist niche recruitment consultants (focused on contract/temporary positions) in a high-performing, high-trust culture to achieve their required targets.
You’ll also lead by example by hitting your own sales targets each month.

Areas of responsibility
You and your team will establish Mason Frank International as the leader in staffing for the Canadian Salesforce market, focusing on contract/temporary roles.
Displaying Frank Recruitment Group’s core values, delivering your personal monthly sales targets and leading your team of recruitment consultants with varying levels of experience – you will be expected to be a brand ambassador internally and externally for Frank Recruitment Group.
You and your team will provide our candidates and clients with high levels of customer service, and this will involve representing yourself as a credible and professional industry expert, and demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours at all times.

You will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring that you and your team deliver business strategies and goals based on company objectives, customer satisfaction and revenue generation
- Coaching, developing, and training your team in order to build and maintain a high-performing, high-trust culture
- Identifying areas for improvement in marketing strategies, market mapping and the overall competitive environment
- All aspects of recruitment and selection for your team, ensuring that the team is fully resourced to deliver the goals and targets set
- Representing the organization at events that help to promote Frank Recruitment Group, gaining respect and trust of customers and competitors alike
- Collaborating with other departments across Frank Recruitment Group, ensuring that initiatives are implemented and aligned to overall business goals and objectives. Specifically with reference to client management, marketing, training and talent acquisition
What we need from you

Strong recruitment sales experience from a recruitment or staffing firm

Several years of managing high-performing recruitment sales teams

- Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment sales experience gained from a recruitment or staffing firm, including several years of managing high-performing recruitment sales teams
- Market expertise and commercial acumen
- Natural leadership qualities to spearhead a successful sales team by building trust, driving innovation, inspiring others, developing people, rewarding achievement, and showing integrity at all times
- The ability to coach but also have a great attitude towards learning
- Strong customer-centric approach

Our new Toronto office was opened in direct response to our clients’ demands. We have serviced our Canadian clients for years from the US and we now have the capability to do so locally. Thanks to this new addition to our global network, we can bring our service to an even wider group of organizations and help support the ever-growing Canadian tech market.
