James has over 22 years recruitment experience with Hays plc where he progressed from trainee consultant to Managing Director of several business units.
James is a graduate in Economics and Accounting from the University of Newcastle and has attended the executive programme at Manchester business school and several other business schools in Europe.
Zoe Morris serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Frank Recruitment Group and oversees Frank Recruitment Group's ongoing business and sales operations, employee training, and hiring initiatives. Zoe has played a vital role in building Frank Recruitment Group into the global, award-winning niche IT recruitment firm that it is today. Under Zoe’s leadership, the Frank Recruitment Group has consistently achieved substantial year on year growth as well as winning many industry-based awards.
Zoe studied Psychology at the University of London and has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to joining Frank Recruitment Group, Zoe served as a Director in the London office of Hays plc.
Sunny Ackerman joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2018 and oversees the outreach and presence across the Americas, including opening new strategic hubs and increasing the headcount in all existing locations.
A veteran of the recruitment industry, Sunny has more than 20 years of experience helping clients recruit talent and drive business performance and has twice featured in the Staffing Industry Analyst Global Power 100 list, which recognizes influential female leaders in the industry.
Previous roles have included executive management positions within both sales and operations across Fortune 500 and small, privately held companies. Sunny is recognized for conceptualizing and aligning talent strategies to business strategies and has a track record of achieving and surpassing business growth expectations.
Sunny was raised in South Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University.
Nigel is the Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder of Frank Recruitment Group. Since launching the business in 2006, Nigel has been fundamental to the growth and international expansion of Frank Recruitment Group. In 2017 Nigel took on the role of CCO to help the business become customer centric and ensure our long-term goals are matched with a great customer experience.
Previously, Nigel was CFO for Frank Recruitment Group and was instrumental in designing FRG's business processes, its financial reporting functions and global back-office including IT, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations.
After graduating from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in Business and Accounting, Nigel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Bank of Scotland. Prior to co-founding Frank Recruitment Group, he gained over twelve years' experience within the Bank of Scotland's Treasury Services division ending his time there managing the middle office finance team.
Lewis is the Chief Financial Officer at Frank Recruitment Group. Lewis joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2017 and his critical thinking and financial acumen have been essential in helping the business reach new heights in recent years as well as strategically plan for the future. Lewis guides the company by working with the senior management team across the organization to help the business achieve a superior financial performance.
Lewis has over 17 years’ experience in a mixture of financial and operational leadership roles in Big 4, UK PLC and Private Equity environments. Prior to joining Frank Recruitment Group, he spent five years with Innovation Group, in a number of roles, most recently as Group Chief Financial Officer where he was part of the executive leadership team involved in the £500m takeover by Carlyle Group in 2015.
Kashif is Frank Recruitment Group's Chief Marketing Officer where he leads the global corporate and product brand marketing strategies across market development, candidate acquisition, and lead generation. Kashif’s work on our market focus and areas of expansion have been vital to Frank Recruitment Group's continued success.
Kashif has over 20 years' experience within the recruitment industry, encompassing sales, marketing and advertising. He graduated from Imperial College with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, after which he spent five years working for Pfizer as a Pharmaceutical sales representative and sales team leader. After leaving Pfizer, Kashif joined SThree plc where he held various positions in recruitment sales and sales management; as Head of Web Strategy and finally as Head of Marketing for SThree's job board 'The IT Job Board' (now known as Dice.com). After leaving SThree and prior to joining FRG, Kashif set-up Gulf Jobs Market; one of the Middle East's most trafficked job boards.
Mark is the Chief Information Officer at Frank Recruitment Group.
Mark is a visionary IT leader and since joining in early-2017 he has led innovative Technology Transformation and Strategic Business Change initiatives throughout the organization.
Mark has c. 25 years of experience in delivering complex mission-critical technology across both the Capital Markets and broader Financial Services sectors. He has managed large global teams and multi-£100million programmes.
Mark has an honours degree in Business and Science from the University of the West of England.
