HOW WE DELIVER

A dedicated account manager. We will appoint a full-time account manager as a single point of contact for each customer who works with no more than four accounts at any time meaning they are available as and when our customers require them.

Rigorous account vetting. Any vacancies are resourced through our hub of 1,400 consultants and 50-strong market research team, who source, screen and qualify appropriate candidates. Our account managers, who make it their job to understand your business and culture, then rigorously filter these shortlisted resumes to ensure our customers only receive relevant candidates that are truly motivated to work for them.

Assistance with job specification writing. We’re often asked to help with writing job specifications for the hard-to-find IT professionals that our customers rely on us to source. During the course of a year, our consultants will read hundreds if not thousands of similar job specs from multiple organizations around the world, meaning we’re uniquely placed to advise on roles and responsibilities and mandatory and desirable skills.

A global network of over 600,000 pre-qualified IT specialists. Our enviable database of freelance and permanent niche product professionals is ever-growing. Whatever the hiring needs of our customers, we’ve got them covered.

Fast, relevant resumes. In 90% of cases, we deliver a shortlist of candidates within 24 hours.

Ongoing management of candidates. From interview and offer stages, right up to and beyond their first day at work, we ensure the candidate is fully committed and there are no changes in circumstances that prevent our customers from successfully onboarding new hires. Management information reports. We can report on the number of resumes sent, the number of interviews, offers and placements made over a pre-agreed time period.

Access to our industry-leading global salary surveys and the data behind them. Want to know what’s going on in your market? Frank Recruitment Group salary surveys cover not only salaries but benefits, bonuses, trends, sentiments, motivations and movements across worldwide tech communities. Many of our customers use our surveys to benchmark their employees’ salaries each year.

Ranging from 1,000 to 14,000, our surveys provide vital information to hiring managers, IT leads, and candidates. Alongside the published report, our customers also have access to the raw data that informs the surveys giving them unprecedented insight into their markets.

Access to innovative talent creation initiatives. In the spring of 2018, we launched the Mason Frank Tech Academy, giving graduates a fast-track career into Salesforce consultancy. This eight-week Salesforce-accredited training program hones valuable soft skills and culminates in a Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification—83% of our graduates pass this test first time.

After this training period, graduates earn a two-year contract with Mason Frank to begin their career as a contract Salesforce consultant, with on-going training and hands-on experience culminating in up to two more certifications.

Within this two-year period, our Salesforce consultants are available to hire by both Salesforce customers and partners as a cost-effective solution to their staffing needs.

Returnships. We’re passionate believers in the products and technologies we recruit for, and we invest in initiatives that will help to grow the talent pool. In 2017, we launched our Diversity in Dynamics returnship program in partnership with Microsoft and Microsoft Gold partners which is a bridge back to senior roles for parents, veterans or others who have taken lengthy career breaks. Successful applicants received a 16-week training programme, with support and guidance on their transition back to the world of IT. Over 90% of returner trainees were offered a role with a partner at the end of their training.
