James joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2015 and is the Chairman and CEO. His core driver is to create a business which allows anyone with the aspiration to succeed, to reach their goals, in an environment which is truly inclusive.
James has over 22 years of recruitment experience with Hays plc where he progressed from trainee consultant to Managing Director of several business units.
James is a graduate in Economics and Accounting from the University of Newcastle and has attended the executive programme at Manchester business school and several other business schools in Europe.
Zoë Morris serves as the President of Frank Recruitment Group and oversees Frank Recruitment Group’s ongoing business and sales operations, employee training, and hiring initiatives. Zoë has played a vital role in building Frank Recruitment Group into the global, award-winning niche IT recruitment firm that it is today. Under Zoë’s leadership, Frank Recruitment Group has consistently achieved substantial year on year growth as well as winning many industry-based awards.
Zoë studied Psychology at the University of London and has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to joining Frank Recruitment Group, Zoë served as a Director in the London office of Hays plc.
Nigel is the Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder of Frank Recruitment Group. Since launching the business in 2006, Nigel has been fundamental to the growth and international expansion of Frank Recruitment Group. In 2017 Nigel took on the role of CCO to help the business become customer-centric and ensure our long-term goals are matched with a great customer experience.
Previously, Nigel was CFO for Frank Recruitment Group and was instrumental in designing business processes, its financial reporting functions and global back-office including IT, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations.
After graduating from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in Business and Accounting, Nigel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Bank of Scotland. Prior to co-founding Frank Recruitment Group, he gained over twelve years’ experience within the Bank of Scotland’s Treasury Services division ending his time there managing the middle office finance team.
Lewis is the Chief Financial Officer at Frank Recruitment Group. Lewis joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2017 and his critical thinking and financial acumen have been essential in helping the business reach new heights in recent years as well as strategically plan for the future. Lewis guides the company by working with the senior management team across the organization to help the business achieve a superior financial performance.
Lewis has over 17 years’ experience in a mixture of financial and operational leadership roles in Big 4, UK PLC and Private Equity environments. Prior to joining Frank Recruitment Group, he spent five years with Innovation Group, in a number of roles, most recently as Group Chief Financial Officer where he was part of the executive leadership team involved in the £500m takeover by Carlyle Group in 2015.
Kashif is Chief Marketing Officer at Frank Recruitment Group and comes with over 20 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. He takes the lead on product brand marketing strategies including market development, candidate acquisition, client and lead generation and customer experience. Kashif’s work on market focus and identifying opportunities for expansion has been crucial to Frank Recruitment Group’s ongoing international success.
Mark is the Chief Information Officer at Frank Recruitment Group. Mark is a visionary IT leader and since joining in early-2017 he has led innovative technology transformation and strategic business change initiatives throughout the organization.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in delivering complex mission-critical technology across both the Capital Markets and broader Financial Services sectors. He has managed large global teams and programs spanning front and back office initiatives.
Mark has an honors degree in Business and Science and was shortlisted for The Tech Leaders Awards’ CIO of the Year in 2018.
Daljit joined our company in July 2020 having worked in the technology sector for 19 years. Her previous role as Chief Customer Officer (UKI) at Salesforce saw the Oxford graduate work with senior leaders across the business spectrum to help them transform their companies.
Prior to her time with Salesforce, Daljit spent 13 years with digital foundation specialists Alternative Networks, and more recently volunteered as a Social Media Advocate with The Trussell Trust – an organization that aims to tackle poverty and hunger in the United Kingdom.
Taking on the role of President of Americas in August 2020, Rowan O’Grady offers a wealth of specialist staffing experience across EMEA and the USA. Rowan joins us from his role as President of Hays Canada, which he held for the last 11 years.
During this time, he built the business into one of Canada’s leading niche agencies, with a focus on the construction and real estate, finance and technology sectors. Rowan started his recruitment career in Dublin in 1995, and is a graduate in Business Studies from CASS Business School at City University of London.
